Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Required Skillset: Salesforce (Service/ Sales Cloud)
Location: PAN INDIA
Experience Range: 4+ years
Job Description:
MUST HAVE:
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce development practices
- Utilize Apex programming language to develop custom functionality within the Salesforce platform.
- Leverage Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience and deliver modern, responsive user interfaces.
- Create custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components to extend the standard functionality of Salesforce Service Cloud.
Good To Have:
- Good Communication Skills
- Working knowledge of Service Now and JIRA
- Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
- Optimize the performance of Salesforce Service Cloud through code enhancements and best practices.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
- Should have working knowledge on Apex programming language and LWC components.
- Should be able to create custom apex classes and triggers
- Need to work with JIRA and Service now tool
