FocalCXM is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep technical expertise and a strong

consulting mindset. This role requires hands-on experience across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC),

Flows, and a robust understanding of Salesforce best practices and design principles. You will play a key role

in delivering complex Salesforce solutions, primarily on Experience Cloud and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder

Analyze business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions within

Salesforce

Contribute to technical architecture design, especially around Experience and Health Cloud implementations

Build and support an LWR Experience Cloud site / Mobile Publisher app with custom LWC components and integrations with third-party systems

Apply Salesforce development lifecycle best practices including version control, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD

Implement solutions leveraging Life Sciences Cloud data models with sharing rules

and role hierarchies aligned with Salesforce security architecture

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

Technical Skills & Experience

Core Salesforce Development:

5+ years of hands-on development with Apex and LWC

Advanced proficiency in Flow Builder, including record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows

Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment tools, and DevOps processes (e.g., SFDX,

Git)

Familiarity with Experience Cloud site configuration, customization, and guest user access control

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and MuleSoft

Strong knowledge of Salesforce sharing architecture, role hierarchy, object and field-level security,

and login flows

Hands-on experience with Life Sciences Cloud implementations
