Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

Job Location: Remote within India

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 6 to 9 months, possibility of extension depending on the project needs

Working Model: Remote

Total Experience Range: 5 to 8+ years

Relevant Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud features including Cases, Flows, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge
• Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations
• Configure automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs
• Support deployments, bug fixes, and provide production support
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure high code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

Essential Skills:

• 58+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Solid experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model and governor limits
• Experience with CI/CD processes, deployments, and version control tools

Optional Skills:

• Salesforce Developer or Service Cloud certifications
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
