Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a driven Salesforce Developer for our multi-year project starting June 15.

Duties:

  * Develop complex Salesforce applications using Flows, Lightning Web component framework, Apex classes, Apex triggers, and Apex schedulers and batch processes

  * Design solutions on Lightning platform with complete consideration of out-of-the-box configuration and Apex governor limits 

  * Delegate work to junior developers, collaborate with peers, and provide end-to-end solutions to customers

  * Review work done by junior developers and provide guidance on efficient coding and software engineering best practices

  * Work cohesively with a team of Salesforce.com developers

  * Interact effectively via phone, Teams, JIRA, and email with overseas stakeholders

  * Collaborate with peers and provide end-to-end solutions to customers

Mandatory skills:

  * Sound problem-solving and gap analysis skills

  * Minimum of 3 years of development experience on Salesforce platform

  * Experience developing complex applications using Flows, Lightning component framework, Apex classes, Apex triggers, and Apex schedulers and batch processes

  * Ability and interest in taking ownership of entire project

  * Experience in devops using tools like Copado and Git

Desirable skills: 

  * Experience deploying Salesforce solutions to public sector customers

  * Experience deploying Fedramp solutions

  * Strong communication skills
