Job Description

Simpliigence is a Salesforce CREST partner and IT services consulting firm, dedicated to helping small and medium businesses simplify complex business challenges with intelligent, flexible, and fast Salesforce solutions. With over 120 employees and a client-first approach, we specialize in Salesforce consulting, integration, and implementation services across industries including financial services, construction, and non-profits.

We are hiring for Salesforce Developers for our internal projects , with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integration frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions with a special focus on integrating Salesforce with external systems. Knowledge of Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.

Build and maintain integration solutions (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, MuleSoft, middleware, etc.) to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems (ERP, Billing, CRM, and other 3rd party apps).

Work on data modeling and architecture for scalable integrations.

Implement best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor API performance, and ensure high availability.

Support the Salesforce DevOps cycle (Git, CI/CD, automated deployments).

Work on RLM (Revenue Lifecycle Management) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) modules when required.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Flows).

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Integration patterns (request-reply, event-driven, batch, streaming).

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and Authentication (OAuth/JWT).

Experience with middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or SAP CPI (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Git, Jenkins, etc.).

Ability to work with large datasets and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future methods).

Salesforce Integration patterns (request-reply, event-driven, batch, streaming).
