Technical Requirements
Expert-level experience in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Integration Logic
Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform best practices
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript for UI enhancement and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Azure Functions (C# or Node.js) supporting Salesforce business logic
Experience managing integrations and cloud-based deployments
Familiarity with Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions
Build and optimize reusable LWC components and backend Apex logic
Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems and Azure Functions
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
Support deployments using Salesforce CLI and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security, and best practices
Preferred Candidate Profile
8+ years of Salesforce development and support experience
Strong ownership mindset with experience managing Salesforce environments
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
