Job Summary:
- Salesforce Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Service cloud implementation and customization.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like Mulesoft.
- Platform Expertise:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist is a plus).
- Experience with Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud is a bonus.
- Administrative Skills:
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce admin tasks like creating reports, dashboards, and security setups.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred).
