About NeuIQ
NeuIQ is an AI services firm that helps enterprises become
AI-ready, AI-enabled, and ultimately AI-native. We focus on building the foundations required for AI to operate safely, effectively, and at scale - grounded in a simple belief:
without clean, unified, and trusted data, AI cannot deliver meaningful decisions, automation, or competitive advantage.
NeuIQ's work spans AI platforms, analytics, agentic AI, and orchestration; designed to embed intelligence directly into how businesses run. We partner with enterprises across every stage of their AI journey, helping them move from fragmented systems and isolated pilots to
AI-native operating models that drive real outcomes.
Role overview: We are looking for a
Salesforce Developer who loves the variety and dynamic nature of professional services. In this role, you won't just manage one instance; you will be the technical engine behind diverse client projects, building custom solutions that solve real-world business challenges. If you enjoy translating a client's vision into high-quality code and Lightning Web Components across multiple industries, you'll thrive here.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Consultative Development: 4+ years of experience building Apex, Triggers, and LWC specifically within a client-facing or agency environment.
- Integration Versatility: Proven success connecting Salesforce to a wide array of external business tools using REST/SOAP APIs, Python/Java, and configuring pre-built connectors.
- Multi-Org Navigation: A deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and the ability to adapt your coding style to different client org requirements.
- Technical Communication: The ability to explain complex technical architecture to clients in a way that builds trust and clarity.
- Agile Adaptability: Experience working within Git and CI/CD pipelines while balancing multiple client projects and deadlines. Ability to adapt to multiple DEVOPS processes.
- Solution Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying technical risks before they impact a client's timeline.
A Day-in-the-Life
- Partner with our Strategy and Project Management teams to understand client needs and map out technical execution plans.
- Develop custom Salesforce features and Lightning Web Components that are scalable, maintainable, and exceed client expectations.
- Write clean, external code in multiple languages to create seamless integrations between Salesforce and a client's unique tech stack.
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for multiple client projects, ensuring code is tested, documented, and deployed smoothly.
- Participate in client calls to provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and offer best-practice recommendations.
- Conduct code reviews and refactor existing client code to improve performance and reduce technical debt.
What Success Looks Like
- Successfully integrated into assigned client projects and are consistently hitting your billable targets with high-quality, bug-free code.
- Effectively communicating status updates, identifying risk, and executing mitigation plans
- Become a trusted technical lead for several key accounts, having successfully launched a complex custom integration or LWC suite.
- Build a reputation for technical excellence, with clients specifically requesting you for their most challenging development needs.
