Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize sales workflows using Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Configure Sales Cloud features including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Campaigns, Forecasting, and Reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Operations teams for successful solution design and adoption
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce platform architecture
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and automation tools
  • Support data migration and integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
  • Conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support
  • Work with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party applications to extend platform capabilities
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce, with 3+ years in Sales Cloud implementations
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications are a plus
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification preferred
  • Strong functional knowledge of Sales Cloud modules (Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, Forecasting, CPQ)
  • Proficient in declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules) and technical tools (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, LWC)
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with integration/data migration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Salesforce APIs
