About the Role

We're looking for a visionary Salesforce Head of Architects to lead Salesforce Billing & Integration initiatives and build a 1520 member high-impact team from the ground up.

This role blends architecture, leadership, and innovation perfect for someone who can drive end-to-end Salesforce transformation while remaining hands-on with technology.

What You'll Do

Architect and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce Billing and Integration solutions.

Establish and lead the Salesforce CoE in India hiring, mentoring, and shaping delivery excellence.

Design scalable solutions across Apex, LWC, API integrations, Contracts, Financials, and Payments.

Partner with global business, finance, and product teams to streamline billing, revenue, and automation workflows.

Ensure best-in-class standards for data governance, security, and compliance.

Drive technical innovation advance automation, analytics, and AI-based Salesforce optimization.

Promote agile delivery practices, using tools such as Jira and DevOps principles.

What You'll Bring

7+ years of total experience, with at least 4+ years leading Salesforce architecture or delivery teams.

Knowledge/Eager to learn Salesforce Billing, Integration Architecture & strong technical skills in , LWC, and Apex.

Proven experience driving usage-based SaaS billing models, product catalogs, invoicing, and revenue recognition.

Strong foundation in Salesforce customization, data modeling, and platform architecture.

Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing technical teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management you can translate architecture into business impact.

Exposure to Workday ERP, CPQ, or Financial systems is a strong plus.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Billing Specialist
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect / Application Architect
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO)
