Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, specializing in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
- Work extensively on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data migration and ensure data integrity.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
