Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilledSalesforce Application Support Professionalto join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce technologies and possess a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide support in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for Salesforce platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal business impact.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related technical issues, including debugging APEX code, LWC, and Triggers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and implement improvements.
• Perform data migration and integration activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
• Assist in deploying new features or updates, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8 years of experienceworking with Salesforce technologies.
• Expertise inSales CloudandService Cloudplatforms.
• Proficiency inAPEX,Lightning Web Components (LWC), andTriggers.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in a Salesforce environment.
• Experience in Salesforce configurations, workflows, and customizations.
• Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer).
• Hands-on experience with deployment tools like Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or Copado.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
