Salesforce Developer

About Position:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. The candidate will deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and other developers.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Develop and support patient/member management, care plans, provider management, and healthcare workflows within Health Cloud.
• Implement and enhance case management, omnichannel routing, knowledge management, and service automation in Service Cloud.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to Agile/Scrum delivery activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Models.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, Git-based source control, CI/CD processes, Salesforce security, and governor limits.
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
