Salesforce Developer

About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong hands-on Salesforce development experience across Lightning Flows, LWC, Apex, Triggers, integrations, and production support.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions into production.
• Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform.
• Build Lightning Platform and cross-platform integration solutions using industry standards.
• Support end users in real time for Salesforce and supported applications.
• Deliver declarative and code-based enhancements, defects, technical debt items, and backend requests within prescribed SLAs.
• Support integration across Sales Tools, Marketing Tools, and Service Tools.
• Contribute to QA reviews, solution reviews, documentation, release support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on exposure to Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, and REST APIs.
• Strong experience with Lightning Flows, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, LWC, and Salesforce object model.
• Excellent systems integration experience with REST, Web Services APIs, and third-party applications.
• Experience with Salesforce Sharing and Security model, large data volumes, limits, and performance tuning.
• Experience using Agile, test-driven development, SFDX, Git, Jenkins, Ant, or similar tools.
• Preferred Salesforce Platform Admin I and II certifications.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong written and oral communication skills.
