Salesforce Developer

About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex programming, Visualforce, configuration, Aura or LWC, integrations, and Salesforce platform best practices. The role will support Salesforce customization, development, documentation, testing, and release planning.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop Salesforce customizations using Apex, Visualforce, configuration, Aura or LWC.
• Support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development, configuration, and enhancement activities.
• Develop custom fields, custom objects, record types, workflow rules, approval processes, analytic snapshots, and AppExchange package configurations.
• Own module activities including estimation, design, coding, testing, documentation, release planning, and deployment support.
• Create data migration workbooks and support entity and data mapping for integration process flows.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, configuration, Aura or LWC.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, profiles, sharing rules, data flow, and integration mechanics.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, technical documentation, release planning, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
