Salesforce Developer

About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex programming, Visualforce, configuration, Aura or LWC, integrations, and Salesforce platform best practices. The role will support solution development, technical documentation, testing, release planning, and module ownership.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop custom fields, custom objects, record types, analytic snapshots, workflow rules, approval processes, and AppExchange package-related configurations.
• Work on Apex programming, Visualforce, configuration, Aura or LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration mechanics.
• Own module activities across estimation, requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, technical documentation, and release planning.
• Create data migration workbooks and support entity and data mapping for integration process flows.
• Administer development environments and contribute to deployment documentation.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, configuration, Aura or LWC.
• Good knowledge of profiles, sharing rules, governor limits, Salesforce best practices, and platform architecture.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and release planning.
• Strong technical documentation, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
