Title: Lead Salesforce Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Engineer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript to lead end-to-end Salesforce development. The role involves building scalable solutions, ensuring high-quality code, and delivering Apex and LWC Jest tests.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of Salesforce development experience, ideally in complex, enterprise-scale environments.

Technical Expertise:

• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Strong hands-on development experience.
• JavaScript: Deep understanding, including modern frameworks/concepts useful for LWC.
• Apex Programming: Advanced development capability, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, integrations, and governor limit optimization.

Testing Requirements:

• Ability to write Apex test classes, meeting deployment quality and CI/CD standards.
• Experience writing LWC Jest tests for component-level validation and regression coverage.

Debugging Skills:

• Strong debugging in Apex, LWC, and JavaScript, including use of Developer Console, Debug Logs, Chrome DevTools, and Salesforce Inspector.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Knowledge of Java, Python, HTML, and CSS, useful for integrations, automation, UI enhancements, or cross-platform extensions.
• Certifications like PD1, PD2, JavaScript Developer, and App Builder are a strong advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science is required.
