Job Description:

1.Provide L1/L2 production support for Salesforce applications, including incident, problem, and service request management.

2. Monitor Salesforce system health, jobs, integrations, and user-reported issues.

3. Analyze and troubleshoot application errors, data issues, and access-related problems.

4. Perform user administration activities such as role assignments, profile updates, permission sets, and password resets.

5.Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

6. Basic understanding of Salesforce Apex, including Apex classes, triggers, and governor limits.

7. Ability to analyze and debug issues related to Apex triggers and batch jobs in production
