Responsibilities:
- Should have 6+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation of Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, LWC Development, etc
- Strong Air Cargo domain knowledge needed
- Extraordinary skills needed to listen to the end-users demands and translate that to requirement/user stories.
- Should be able to translate business requirements to a language understandable by technical team members.
- Should have experience in Native & Customized reports.
- Should know the functionality end to end and be capable to train the end-users as needed.
- Should be able to prepare test cases along with the PO and Tester.
- Should also be experienced in preparing Release notes and other relevant documents in sync with the Product Owner.
- Should work more closely with the Product Owner and support the PO as needed.
- Hands-on knowledge of Digital experience platforms will be a key advantage
