Job Description -

Responsibilities:

Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs per project specifications

. Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.

Work to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the Salesforce platform on an on-going basis.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.

Assist in data migration and data cleansing activities.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.

Qualifications:

3 - 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.)

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Flows, and declarative configuration.

Cloud experience with Sales & Service, Commerce Cloud, Partner Communities and Customer Communities (Experience), Omnichannel, and Field Service a plus

Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Force.com IDE, and Salesforce Extensions for Visual Studio Code.

Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies, such as REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.

Familiarity with web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.

Understanding of Deployment tools (Flosum knowledge will be plus), trigger framework and SOQL.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer1 and Salesforce Certified Administrator, are required.
