We deliver mission-critical CRM, customer engagement, and field service solutions to leading U.S. power, gas, water, and renewable energy providers. We are expanding our Noida Center of Excellence and seek a seasoned Delivery Manager with proven experience implementing Salesforce solutions for U.S. utility and energy clients.
Role: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Noida (Supporting U.S. Utility Clients)
Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and optimized Apex classes, triggers, LWC components.
- Participate in design reviews, provide technical solutions, and follow best practices.
- Configure Sales Cloud & Service Cloud as per business requirements.
- Support complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Work collaboratively with BA, Architect, QA, and U.S. business teams.
- Fix defects, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, API integration.
- Experience in data migration (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, ETL tools).
- Ability to work in U.S. utility projects and communicate with remote teams.
Preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
- Experience with Utilities Cloud or meter-to-cash processes.
