Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and administer Salesforce applications, including Lightning components and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 58 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex
- Visualforce
- Lightning Framework
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce data models, including standard and custom objects, fields, and relationships.
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Administrator).
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Exposure to Salesforce Community Cloud.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
