Role Overview:

As a Custom Software Engineer – Salesforce, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring applications tailored to business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, implement best practices, and contribute to building optimized, scalable, and user-friendly solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and integrations using Salesforce APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Implement best coding practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Actively contribute to team discussions and solution design.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Apex programming and Salesforce APIs.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience developing responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce platform features and customization capabilities.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
