What You'll Do

• Work as part of a high-performing Salesforce delivery team across the full application development lifecycle.

• Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions on the Force.com platform using:

• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura

• JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Contribute actively in an Agile (Scrum) environment with an iterative, test-driven mindset.

• Collaborate closely with peers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.

• Ensure best practices around performance, security, and maintainability.

• Drive continuous improvement to meet quality, delivery, and time-to-market goals.

• Participate in building next-generation Salesforce Lightning solutions.

• Proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.

  
  
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.

  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.

• Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

• Solid understanding of web technologiesHTML, JavaScript, CSS.

• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.

• Prior experience with OO languages such as Java, ASP.NET, or similar is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to make informed technical decisions and recommend effective solutions.

Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Must Have)

• Salesforce Administrator
