About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to design, customize, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for building scalable applications, integrating systems, and supporting ongoing enhancements for global clients. This role requires hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Development
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, and LWC.
- Build and maintain workflows, validation rules, process builders, triggers, and custom objects.
- Create reusable components, libraries, and frameworks.
2. Solution Design & Customization
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in requirement gathering, system design, and functional walkthroughs.
- Configure Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
3. Integrations
- Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party applications.
- Ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
4. Maintenance & Enhancements
- Support ongoing system updates, feature enhancements, and platform upgrades.
- Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and provide timely fixes.
- Maintain documentation and ensure code quality through reviews.
5. Collaboration & Agile Delivery
- Work closely with Product Owners, Admins, QA, and cross-functional tech teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 37 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce APIs and system integrations
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flows & Configurations
- Understanding of security models, governance limits, and deployment processes (CI/CD).
- Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, VS Code, or Copado.
- Salesforce certifications preferred:
- Platform Developer I (mandatory)
- Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Administrator
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
- Exposure to middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Zapier).
- Experience working with global enterprise or GCC environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps processes for Salesforce.
