We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Developer (LWC + Service Cloud Omni Channel) for our Premium Client.

Job Title: Salesforce Developer (LWC + Service Cloud Omni Channel)

Experience: 6 13 Years

Location: Bangalore

NP: Immediate to 30 Days

(Serving candidates whose LWD falls in March or First Week of April can also be considered)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Service Cloud, particularly Omni Channel implementation and customization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects and be capable of delivering scalable and high-quality CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Design and implement solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Configure and enhance Omni Channel (routing, presence configuration, capacity models)
  • Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex and integrations
  • Work on Flows, Process Builder and automation solutions
  • Perform code reviews, testing and deployment activities
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Development (6+ years)
  • Hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Deep knowledge of Omni Channel configuration and customization
  • Apex Programming (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable)
  • SOQL & SOSL
  • Salesforce Flows and automation
  • REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Lightning Experience
  • Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Administrator

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Experience working in enterprise projects
  • Ability to handle production support
  • Good communication and client-facing exposure
