Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Development Lead to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate will lead the development team, ensure best practices in Salesforce development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build and optimize SOQL queries and ensure efficient data handling within the Salesforce platform.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage Salesforce configuration including workflows, process builder, validation rules, custom objects, and fields.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
- Ensure proper documentation of solutions, integrations, and technical processes.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects.
- Experience in Salesforce data modeling, security model, and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead development teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Application Architect.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
