Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Salesforce Development Engineer to support CRM transformation initiatives, enterprise sales process automation, and integration-driven business modernization projects. This position requires strong hands-on development experience, deep understanding of Salesforce integration architecture, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using SOQL, SOSL, Apex, Triggers, Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Build custom classes, triggers, and workflow automations to streamline complex business processes.
• Configure, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ modules including product configuration, pricing rules, quote generation, approval workflows, and subscription / usage-based billing support.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware connectors, and ETL/Data migration tools.
• Develop intuitive and modern user interfaces using Lightning Pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce Pages.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze process gaps, and design scalable CRM solutions.
• Identify process interdependencies across sales, pricing, customer onboarding, revenue management, and support workflows.
• Follow engineering best practices around secure coding, version control, unit testing, CI/CD deployment pipelines, release management, and ongoing system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Integrations and API-based architecture.
• Prior exposure to Salesforce CPQ is strongly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise CRM implementations and workflow automation.
• Experience with usage-based pricing / metering implementations is a plus. Technical Skills
• Apex Development, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Salesforce Flows.
• SOQL / SOSL, REST / SOAP APIs, Data Loader / Migration Tools.
• Git / Version Control and CI/CD deployment frameworks.
Certifications
• Platform Developer I
• Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Administrator Education field.
Soft Skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related
• Ability to work with distributed teams and customer stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset and delivery orientation
