Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer

Location: Remote in India
Notice Period: Cannot be longer than 30 days
Pay: $12/hr to $16/hr or ₹23.5LPA to ₹31.4 LPA
Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer
Must Haves:
• 5+ years of overall Salesforce development experience
• 2–3+ years of Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA, Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics) experience
• Strong hands on development background, not purely functional
• Experience writing queries and performing data analysis within Salesforce
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues end to end, including root cause analysis
• Experience working in an offshore or follow the sun delivery model
• Strong understanding of how data is sourced, transformed, and surfaced in CRMA
Nice to Have:
• 7+ years of total Salesforce ecosystem experience
• Prior experience supporting enterprise scale Salesforce implementations
• Exposure to architectural discussions or solution design support
• Experience working with US based stakeholders and distributed teams
Day to Day:
You will execute development tasks and user stories within Salesforce CRM Analytics, including building, enhancing, and troubleshooting CRMA dashboards, datasets, and queries. Responsibilities include analyzing data issues and identifying why processes, dashboards, or data flows are breaking, investigating upstream and downstream data sources and field mappings, partnering with onshore architects to implement solutions, and providing hands on development support with analytical problem solving. You will work independently on execution driven tasks while maintaining daily overlap with US teams for collaboration and handoffs.
