Job Description: Salesforce Developer (Development + L3 Support)

Position Overview

• Role: Salesforce Developer (Development + L3 Support)
• Experience: 4–6 Years
• Work Mode: Remote (With specific location constraints—see below)
• Joining Timeline: Immediate to 15 Days (Strict)

Critical Requirement: While the work mode is remote, candidates must be open to working from our Pune office if/when required. Candidates from Indore, Bangalore, or Chennai may also be considered, but alignment with Pune is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Enhancements

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments to meet evolving business needs.
• Build robust automation using Salesforce Flows and advanced process automation tools.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable REST/SOAP integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.

L3 Production Support & Maintenance

• Provide L3 production support for business-critical Salesforce applications, ensuring system stability and high performance.
• Own incident management workflows: troubleshoot complex issues, perform deep Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
• Manage and resolve day-to-day support tickets, bug fixes, and minor enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to deploy patches and updates seamlessly.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Core: Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Development: Proficiency in Apex programming, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Frontend: Solid experience building modern interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Automation: Declarative development expertise, specifically with Flows.
• Integration: Proven experience working with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support Expertise: Strong background in Incident Management, Debugging, and Log Analysis.
• Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI), Administrator, or Service/Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are a major plus.
