Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Bengaluru. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations aligned with business requirements. Responsibilities include building and optimizing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages, configuring Salesforce features, and collaborating with administrators and business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, performing unit and integration testing, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong experience in Salesforce.com Development, including Apex, triggers, and declarative configuration.
- Candidates should possess hands-on skills in Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages for creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration capabilities, including user management, security settings, and configuration of standard features.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of the broader Salesforce.com platform, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding of software development best practices, version control, and testing methodologies.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator are highly beneficial.
