Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible to:

• Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, package and deploy solutions to the client s Salesforce.com organization.
• Collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish-client specific business needs and translate these into technical solutions.
• Work as a member of a project team developing Apex and Visualforce new functionality and enhancing existing functionality.
• Design and deploy high quality, scalable code.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com applications and other systems as may be required by clients.
• Ensure that documentation of Apex code, as well as application use and flow, is accurate and well written.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Innovate: Craft and deploy high-quality Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and LWC, focusing on user experience and business needs.
• Integrate Seamlessly: Design and implement REST API integrations to enable smooth data exchange between Salesforce and external applications.
• Cloud Expertise: Utilize your experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to drive enhancements and optimize workflows.
• Leverage DevOps Tools: Employ DevOps tools such as Gearset and GIT to ensure efficient deployment processes and version control.
• Collaborate Effectively: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2.6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning, LWC, and REST API integration.
• Cloud Knowledge: Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Certifications: Required Salesforce Admin and PD1 certifications. PD2 and JavaScript certifications are highly desirable.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Pardot and Einstein Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• DevOps Experience: Solid experience with DevOps tools like Gearset and GIT.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while fostering collaboration within the team.
