Role: Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer
Experience: 8-10 Years in Salesforce CRM Analytics
Location: Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Greater Noida, and Gurgaon
Role Overview
We're looking for a highly skilled
Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer with strong expertise in
Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics) along with exposure to
Tableau Next / Conversational Analytics who can work
independently with business stakeholders to shape, design, and deliver end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end CRM Analytics solutions including:
- Salesforce administration knowledge is must
- Dataflows and Recipes
- Datasets and Transformations
- SAQL-based advanced calculations
- Interactive Dashboards and Lenses
- Leverage CRM Analytics (CRMA) capabilities along with exposure to Tableau Next or Conversational Analytics
- Build complex Joins across Salesforce objects
- Develop row-level and aggregate-level calculations without impacting performance
- Implement performance optimization techniques for large datasets
- Configure security predicates and row-level security
- Integrate external data sources using connectors (CSV, APIs, Data Cloud, etc.)
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytics solutions
- Perform dashboard performance testing and data validation
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing dashboards
- Follow best practices for naming conventions, versioning, and deployment
