Job Description

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role involves strong hands-on development, integrations, DevOps practices, and active participation in Agile delivery models while working closely with business stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex classes, Triggers, and Visualforce pages.
Implement and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, OAuth, and Single Sign-On mechanisms.
Configure and manage Salesforce security settings including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access controls.
Build and maintain Flows, support processes, automation rules, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
Develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to support end-to-end business processes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Implement and support DevOps practices using version control and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
Work on CTI integrations to enable telephony features within Salesforce environments.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and platform governance limits.
Support the full Product Development Lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and post-release support.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies including LWC, Aura, Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce.
Proven experience in Salesforce integrations and authentication frameworks.
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and declarative automation tools.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps-driven project environments.
Familiarity with product development lifecycle and enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.
Ability to interact effectively with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
