Job Description

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role involves building custom applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and supporting the full product development lifecycle in Agile/DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Visualforce pages, and Triggers
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
Configure Salesforce security settings, Flows, workflows, and support processes
Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud modules to deliver business solutions
Participate in DevOps and Agile projects, including source control (GIT), CI/CD pipelines, and issue tracking (JIRA)
Implement CTI solutions and support Salesforce deployment, testing, and release management
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver end-to-end solutions

Required Experience & Qualifications

69 years of experience in Salesforce development
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura components, Visualforce, and Triggers
Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, platform events, and SSO
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Exposure to DevOps practices, Agile methodology, GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and JIRA
Experience in implementing CTI solutions is preferred
