Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing out of the box and customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions and drive operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices and proactively suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration including workflows, process builder, and custom objects.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
