Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development
- Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Create custom objects, workflows, triggers, and automation within Salesforce.
- Develop solutions using Salesforce Mobile and Salesforce App Cloud.
Technical Design & Analysis
- Provide technical design, analysis, and research innovative technologies to meet business needs.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and bugs within the Salesforce environment.
Integration & Data Management
- Implement Salesforce integrations with relational databases and other data sources using ETL tools and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Support migration, data loader, and synchronization between QA, DEV, and PROD environments.
Agile Development & Collaboration
- Participate in Agile development including requirements gathering, story development, design, testing, and scope management.
- Collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements:
- 4-year IT degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com design and development (Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, Lightning Web Components).
- Salesforce Developer Certification (DEV201, DEV401) preferred.
- 3+ years of strong object-oriented development experience (Java, .Net, JSP/ASP or equivalent).
- Proficient in HTML/XHTML, XML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, AJAX.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, App Cloud, and Mobile platform.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize development projects.
