Role Overview
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver high-quality solutions. Your work will ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, enhance automation, and improve overall system performance. This position requires a strong technical background in Salesforce development and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Apex, Triggers, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data investigation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST API, SOAP API, and Bulk API.
- Experience with External IDs and Upsert-based integrations.
- Strong experience debugging failed API integrations and data loads.
- Experience with the Salesforce Object Model and Account Hierarchies.
- Experience with Parent-Child relationships and custom rollup logic.
- Proficient in using Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector, and Postman.
- Experience with Debug Logs, Apex Jobs, and Flow error investigations.
- Familiarity with VS Code, SFDX, Git, Change Sets, Copado, or Gearset deployments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Power BI, ETL tools, and Data Warehouses.
- Knowledge of middleware platforms and enterprise integration architecture.
- Experience with large-scale CRM implementations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or enterprise CRM environments.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and enterprise integrations.
- Proven experience handling large data volumes and providing production support.
- Experience working with enterprise business systems and operational workflows.
