We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with significant relevant experience in working on various Salesforce engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to Lightning Experience, Lightning App Builder, Lightning Component Framework, Aura framework, and LWC (Lightning Web Components). Proficiency in core Apex, triggers, flows, and Integrations (REST/SOAP) is essential. You will also have experience in data migration using Import Wizard and Apex Data Loader, and be able to develop customized reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Development: Develop and customize Salesforce solutions utilizing Lightning Experience, Lightning App Builder, Lightning Component Framework, Aura framework, and LWC.
- Apex & Automation: Write core Apex code, triggers, and flows to implement complex business logic and automate processes.
- Integrations: Design and implement integrations (REST/SOAP) between Salesforce and other systems.
- Data Management: Perform data migration using Import Wizard and Apex Data Loader.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop customized SFDC Reports, Dashboards, and Processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
- Full Lifecycle Development: Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, and package solutions for client's Force.com organizations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish client business needs and develop high-quality code.
- Application Development & Integration: Apply experience in application development and integration using different design patterns.
- Cloud Product Understanding: Utilize functional understanding of different cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, etc.
- Teamwork & Productivity: Work effectively both independently and in close collaboration within a team environment, demonstrating high productivity.
Required Skills and Experience

Mandatory Certification
- PD1 Certification is a must.
