Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and enterprise Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions while working in large enterprise environments.
The candidate should possess strong backend development skills in Apex, integrations, Lightning development, and Salesforce best practices, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce best practices.
- Implement and support Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) functionalities including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, and Scheduling.
- Develop custom applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Build and maintain scalable Apex solutions including Triggers, Trigger Frameworks, Queueable Jobs, Batch Apex, and Web Services.
- Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware platforms.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, governance, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support CI/CD and deployment activities using Salesforce DevOps tools.

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end Salesforce project implementations.
