Job Description – Salesforce Developer (3–4 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Work on custom development (Apex, LWC, Aura, integrations)
  • Support production issues, enhancements, and AMC activities
  • Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
  • Ensure high-quality code, performance, and scalability
  • Support release deployments and critical go-live activities (including weekends if required)
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders onsite

Required Skills:


  • 3–4 years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Apex, Triggers
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • SOQL/SOSL
    • APIs & integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (preferred)
  • Understanding of data models, security, and sharing rules
  • Exposure to deployment tools (CI/CD, Change Sets, DevOps)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience on support projects
  • Exposure to OmniStudio (added advantage)
  • Prior experience in Wealth Management / Financial Services domain
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Client has an expectation to migrate to OmniStudio in future. So hands-on experience is required rather than just exposure. At least 1 resource should have this skill in addition to everything else you have mentioned. This particular resource should have 5+ years of experience.

Additional Requirements:


  • Mumbai-based candidates preferred
  • Willingness to work from client office
  • Flexibility for critical release support
