We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce applications, collaborating with various teams to enhance our Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce data, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-14 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficient in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, security models, and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of database management and data modeling concepts.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
