YOUR TASKS
- Configure Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Validation Rules, and Dynamic Forms/Actions.
- Build and maintain Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, screen), Approval Processes, and other declarative automations following the Flow-first approach.
- Manage Profiles, Permission Sets/Groups, Roles, Sharing Rules, and MFA/SSO to enforce least-privilege access.
- Handle data management: Data Loader, Import Wizard, Duplicate Management, and Data Quality governance.
- Monitor and maintain Health Check, Optimizer, and Setup Audit Trail; triage org issues and logs.
- Create and maintain Reports & Dashboards aligned with row-level security.
- Support release management and post-release validation.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch/queueable jobs, and platform events following best practices and governor limits.
- Build responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for scalable and reusable UI.
- Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and middleware.
- Write SOQL/SOSL queries and optimize Apex for performance.
- Write robust unit tests (75% coverage with meaningful assertions) and support integration/UAT testing.
- Collaborate with Product Owners/Business Analysts/QA for grooming, estimation, and Agile delivery.
- Use Version Control (Git) and work with CI/CD pipelines.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MCA.
- Understanding of sales processes and related business workflows.
- Experience level 4-5 years
- Solid understanding of web technologies: HTTP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Salesforce Lightning (LWC), Angular, React.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Hands-on technical experience with Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce (preferred).
- Salesforce certifications (Admin 201 / Dev 401 or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team, maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment with minimal supervision.
