Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform customization, along with a solid understanding of Financial Services Cloud data models and best practices.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance customer engagement, advisor productivity, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative capabilities.
- Develop and maintain Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and other asynchronous processes following Salesforce best practices.
- Build responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Configure and customize Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features including households, financial accounts, referrals, interaction summaries, and relationship groups.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Develop and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and system performance.
- Utilize Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools to streamline business processes.
- Design and maintain scalable Salesforce data models, ensuring data integrity and security compliance.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git and Salesforce DevOps solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing timely support and enhancements.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation including solution designs, integration specifications, and deployment procedures.
