Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Development
- Develop comprehensive requirements to support business growth and new product functionality.
- Build and maintain Salesforce components including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and Lightning (Aura).
- Implement security best practices and manage vulnerabilities in Salesforce, SOQL/SOSL, Batch Apex, and triggers.
- Lead project work package definitions including system design, testing, and implementation plans.
- Configure and develop Event Management tools like Marketo.
- Participate in CRM and Events Management upgrades, migrations, and maintenance.
- Design and implement interfaces between Salesforce and other applications.
- Maintain code quality, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to security standards.
Application Process & Support
- Collaborate with Salesforce Analyst to gather requirements and deliver features.
- Participate in change management process for implementation and deployment.
- Proactively maintain systems, monitor code, and apply Salesforce release updates.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and documentation for business partners.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Customer Focus & Team Collaboration
- Deliver seamless customer service through teamwork and collaboration.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, coordinate tasks, and share relevant customer information.
- Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate commitment to achieving short and long-term results.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and solutions.
