Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Salesforce Platform
- Develop and customize Apex Classes, Triggers, and Controllers
- Implement Batch Apex and manage asynchronous processing (Future Methods, Queueable Apex)
- Build and enhance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Design and implement Salesforce Integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and Salesforce best practices adherence
- Support system enhancements, bug fixes, and production issues
Required Qualifications
- 56 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integrations
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance Salesforce applications
- Good understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
