Role : Salesforce Developer

Location : Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide day-to-day production support for our Salesforce environment, ensuring system stability and performance

2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Salesforce functionality and integrations

3. Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows

4. Develop and maintain Apex code, triggers, and custom Lightning components as needed

5. Support the lead-to-order process, optimizing and enhancing related functionality

6. Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and implement appropriate solutions within Sales Cloud

7. Manage and execute release processes, including change management and deployment to production

8. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

9. Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and custom development Required Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

2. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred)

3. Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL

4. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization

5. Familiarity with the lead-to-order process and related Salesforce functionality

6. Understanding of Salesforce best practices, including governor limits and security considerations 7. Experience with IT service management (ITSM) platforms, such as: ServiceNow (SNOW), Jira Service Management

8. Familiarity with SLAs and OLAs in enterprise support environments.

9. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and release management processes

10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a production support environment

11. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Salesforce Developer for Commercial Aviation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce

2. Implement and customize Salesforce features and functionality to meet business requirements 3. Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and flows.

4. Create and optimize database queries using SOQL and SOSL

5. Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems

6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both development and production environments

7. Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices and coding standards

8. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions

9. Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation

10. Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment

11. Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, applying them to improve existing systems

Required Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

2. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred)

3. Strong proficiency in Apex, Aura , Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce

4. Extensive experience with Salesforce automation tools, including: Flow Builder (Screen Flows, Autolaunched Flows, Subflows) Approval Processes Queues and Queue-based Sharing Process Builder and Workflow Rules

5. Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and DML operations

6. Experience with Salesforce data migration tools and techniques

7. Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns

8. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

9. Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization techniques

10. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

11. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
