Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for customizing and developing Salesforce solutions, writing clean code, assisting in application development and testing, debugging issues, and collaborating with senior developers to deliver reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows as per business requirements
• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Salesforce integrations with third-party systems
• Debug and resolve technical issues in existing Salesforce implementations
• Coordinate with senior developers, admins, and cross-functional teams for project delivery
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices
• Document technical processes, code changes, and resolutions
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior team members promptly
• Maintain accuracy and quality standards in daily development tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in Salesforce development; freshers are welcome to apply
• Good understanding of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce object model
• Basic knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura framework
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (workflows, flows, validation rules) is a plus
• Understanding of version control (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or in progress)
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• Knowledge of CI/CD basics for Salesforce deployments (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
