Role Overview
You're a Salesforce expert who loves building smart, scalable solutions that actually make people's jobs easier. In this Salesforce Administrator/Developer role, you'll own end-to-end design, development, and administration of our Salesforce platform — from gathering requirements and architecting solutions to hands-on configuration, coding, testing, and support.
You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn business needs into secure, high‑performing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, Flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP, Boomi, ETL tools). Your work will directly impact how efficiently teams sell, serve customers, and use data across the business.
Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff)
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom solutions on the Salesforce/Force.com platform.
- Build and maintain Apex classes/triggers, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce pages, and automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) to streamline business processes.
- Design, implement, and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware (e.g. Boomi).
- Administer Salesforce day to day, including user management (onboarding/offboarding), security and access (roles, profiles, sharing rules), and installed third‑party apps.
- Own data management tasks such as imports, mass updates, and data quality improvements using tools like Data Loader, Dataloader.io, Workbench, and similar ETL tools.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing thorough system testing and documenting solutions, use cases, and data flows.
These are the essentials you'll need to get an interview
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer/Admin working with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and the Force.com platform.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce core technologies: Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), SOQL, unit testing, Visualforce, and Lightning App Builder.
- Practical experience configuring Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) and security (users, profiles, roles, sharing rules).
- Experience building and supporting integrations using SOAP/REST APIs and/or middleware (e.g. Boomi or similar).
- Solid data management skills using Salesforce and third‑party ETL tools (e.g. Data Loader, Dataloader.io, DemandTools, Workbench).
- Working knowledge of web/UI technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, AJAX, and MVC patterns.
- Clear, structured communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non‑technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
It would be great if you had these too, but we'll support you if you don't
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
- Experience leading complex, enterprise‑wide Salesforce projects in high‑growth or fast‑paced environments.
- A track record of proactive problem solving, with strong analytical skills and a passion for learning new Salesforce features and tools.
