Salesforce Developer

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent work experience(5+ years)

Extensive hands-on experience building, configuring and maintaining applications on Salesforce

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is required, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II is desired

Familiarity with Copado or Azure DevOps

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and specifically regarding Apex Triggers, Aura, Visualforce Pages, Components and Enterprise Architecture

Knowledge on Document generator tools like Conga Composure

Significant exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and testing tools like Provar or Copado Robotic Testing

Focuses on delivering value to schedule without compromising quality

Is willing and able to assume end-to-end ownership of technical solutions

Has a high level of maturity; gives and receives constructive feedback

Communicative; clearly presents and articulates proposals, estimates and solutions

Ability to take initiative and manage a wide scope of projects.
